Core constructions
The base of every brush is a brush core or core construction. This is a major part of the brush. The technical possibilities of the brush and it's quality are determined by the core. Koti's goal is to find the most suited construction, with the best results for the client against minimal costs.

You can choose out of the following materials:
- wood
- plastic
- steel
- aluminium
- brass
- combined


Filling
Koti has a large range of fillings. This means that the right material is present for any application. The choice of the filling is extremely important for the final brush result.

You can choose over more than 12000 different kinds of fibres, from which a major part can be delivered from stock. These fibres are to be divided into for categories: vegetative fibres, animal fibres, synthetic fibres and metal wires.

The application determines which fibre can be used best. It is also possible to combine divers fibres if necessary for certain usages. The right composition and combination determine the brush quality, the brush function and the final result.

We purchase our fibres world-wide. We demand specific tolerances for the fibres, by which a constant and valuable quality is guaranteed.

Balancing
For almost every industrial application brushes have been developed that eventually find their way in different forms and circumstances. Through that experience we know that the right mix of construction and purpose of the brush is very crucial in developing the brushes. Balancing is an important part in this.
