Before you make a choice for one of our brushes, it is important to know that there a 2 basic constructions from which the brush is made off. Depending on it's application, one of both systems can be chosen.

1) Tufted
The construction consists out of a brush core in which little round holes are bored. Bundles of fibre are being put into these holes by means of a steal hook or steal plates.

2) Brush strips and spirals

The construction consists out of a metal U-profile with 2 additional possibilities:
- Single band: this is a metal U-profile in which the bundles are tightened by a metal cord and a metal band.
- Double band: this is a profile band with openings and a metal innerband. The outerband clenches the innerband. By means of these 2 bands the bundles are held tussled in the profile
