KOTI has built up many years of experience in brush engineering. Brushes have been developed for use in almost every industry, and are used in many different processes and applications.

This experience has taught KOTI that the most important aspect of developing brushes is having continuity between the construction of the brushes and their working application. KOTI therefore supplies its customers with a high quality product with a long service life. The use of wear resistant materials and precisely balanced construction give KOTI brushes the correct characteristics for the application for which they were developed. This allows KOTI brushes to be changed easily, without causing unexpected problems such as vibration, excessive and/or irregular wear.

KOTI knows that to avoid vibration and excessive wear depends primarily on balancing technology which needs to be precisely applied. In our particular case this means determining and maintaining the static equilibrium under strict conditions. Operating speeds are increasing constantly through developments in technology, thus calling for even more demanding specifications to be set for equilibrium quality.
