We make sure that the worn parts are recycled as much as possible, so that they cause a minimal load to the environment. The choice of materials is very important. KOTI chooses for environment-friendly materials, which can be recycled to new usable products.

1. Steel can be melted and added to the production of new steel;
2. Wood is a product what is biodegradable and does not have any negative impact on the environment. When recycled it can be used in new products.
3. Synthetic is a chemical product and is not biodegradable. It can be grinded and mixed in order to make new products. The synthetic plates of KOTI are made out of recycled material. That is why KOTI is environmentally aware both before and after production and therefore you as well!

KOTI has an unique service replacing system:

• The worn machine parts can be re-coated of if needed replaced by new parts.
• The worn parts are picked up at your company.
• The new or fixed parts are delivered at your company.
• All parts needed for a replacement are available on our service trucks.

Re-use of machine parts in combination with a new natural rubber coating is the most sustainable choice.
