• Optimal Sweeping Function

One of our advantages is the prolonged life span of the brushes. One reason is the use of high-quality materials. But a good optimisation between driving speed, rotational speed of the brush core and brush diameter also plays an important role. When these three aspects are adjusted correctly to one another, the bristles of the brush will receive less friction and therefore the brush will wear less. This of course results in a longer life span and more cost-effectiveness!

• Optimal Sweeping Pattern

The optimal sweeping pattern is when the tip of the bristles is just in contact with the ground.
Also depending on the snow type, the brush pattern has to be adjusted. When light snow falls the tip of the bristles is sufficient for sweeping. However when heavy snow falls the bristles have to work harder and therefore the brush pattern has to be enlarged.

Brush Assembly It is also important that the cassettes of the roller brush are assembled tightly together, so that the core is completely filled. This will also result in a longer life span.
