Tufted Roller Brushes

The construction of tufted roller brushes for brush rolls involves a pattern of holes being drilled into the core of the brush. The drilling of the holes is computer controlled; the drill pattern and the diameter of the holes depend on the application.

The use of the brush is the main factor determining the choice of brush material and the pattern in which the holes are made. Once the holes have been made in the brush core, the chosen brush material is mechanically punched (anchored) into the holes in tufts.
