Durability parts

Durability parts are parts of the machine which are liable to wear because abrasive parts keep touching the surface. This causes wear and therefore extra costs.

A good quality coating of machine parts, such as natural rubber, can extend the life span, produce less noise, lower exploitation costs and less pollution. Re-use of machine parts in combination with a new natural rubber coating is the most sustainable choice.

Quality of the execution The parts, which need to be coated for a longer life span, are first cleaned thoroughly. When cleaning the parts are being checked for wear. If necessary the worn part is fixed or locally replaced. After vulcanizing the natural rubber of the parts, the inside of the rubber is smoothened, so that a even and uniform surface is made. Finally the metal parts are sprayed in to the colour of your choice.
